Delivery

We can deliver goods to destinations within the UK  mainland. For delivery outside the UK; please contact us.

We aim to deliver goods to destinations in the UK  within 5 days in most circumstances.

We will make every effort to deliver within the time  stated on our website but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by  late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time that we  quote for that item, please contact us by telephone or email. We will try and  ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you  may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.

Your order will need to be signed for on delivery.  Please insure that the packaging is intact and the goods undamaged before  signing.

Ordering Process & Payment

There are 2 ways to order: the easiest way to order is  through the shopping basket on our website. We accept most major bank cards as well as Paypal, with secure payment taken through SagePay.

Delivery and Cost

Surfinghardware.co.uk will despatch your order within one working day  (Monday-Friday) of it being placed subject to stock levels. If there is going  to be a delay for any reason we will contact you. All quoted delivery times are  based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri. Items can be delivered on our next  working day or two working day (48 hour) service as long as they are ordered  before 12:00 hours (Mon - Fri). Please contact us via phone if you  require next or two day delivery. Orders sent for next day or two day delivery  will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at  the delivery address to sign for the order. Surfingharware.co.uk reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect  delivery options without notice. Exchanges and Refunds

We endeavor to supply only the highest quality product  and believe you will be delighted with your product from surfinghardware.co.uk  . However, for your extra peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 14 day  exchange or refund promise. So, if you are unhappy with the product in any way  it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the  process as quick and simple as possible. If you return the product in its  original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money  that you have paid us for that product, or provide with you with a same cost  alternative if required. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. If  you return an item to us that is faulty, which you did not order, or for any  other reason that is our fault, we will also pay for the cost of the return  postage. To return an item please phone  01932 379359  and you will be issued with a returns number. The returns number  must be clearly marked on the outside of the package sent back to us. No return  will be accepted without this number marked clearly on the outside of the  package. You can return your order in its original condition, to the address  below, within 14 days of the date on your invoice. You will be responsible for  the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you  use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
