We can deliver goods to destinations within the UK mainland. For delivery outside the UK; please contact us.

We aim to deliver goods to destinations in the UK within 5 days in most circumstances.

If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time that we quote for that item, please contact us by telephone or email. Delivery and Cost

Surfinghardware.co.uk will despatch your order within one working day (Monday-Friday) of it being placed subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you. All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri. Exchanges and Refunds

We endeavor to supply only the highest quality product and believe you will be delighted with your product from surfinghardware.co.uk . However, for your extra peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 14 day exchange or refund promise. So, if you are unhappy with the product in any way it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as quick and simple as possible. If you return the product in its original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money that you have paid us for that product, or provide with you with a same cost alternative if required. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. If you return an item to us that is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, we will also pay for the cost of the return postage. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.

Christmas shopping exchanges

We hope that you will be doing some of your Christmas shopping with us and we obviously recommend that you do this as early as possible, so that you can be sure to get the items you want for your friends and family. We obviously don't want to penalise you for shopping early, so we have extended our normal exchange policy for your Christmas shopping purchases. We obviously do hope that any items you buy will be suitable, but if for any reason the recipients are not happy with their gift, we will be happy to extend our exchange policy beyond the usual 14 days and we will deal with any exchanges up to the second Friday in January..
